If you experience water or sewage damage from rain water, plumbing, or flooding of your building or home, call ServiceMaster Restoration Services, and a trained representative will immediately assist you 24/7. Our staff of IICRC-certified water and microbial remediation technicians respond day and night no matter how big or small your emergency is.

ServiceMaster is approved by all insurance companies and can work with your claims adjuster to provide you with the highest-quality services. Whether it’s to get helpful advice or perform emergency water and sewage extraction, we’re ready to take your call!

Our water restoration process usually consists of the following steps:

Inspection

We arrive at your location within two hours to examine the damage, discuss our findings with you, and propose a corrective action plan. With authorization, ServiceMaster Restoration Services will begin restoration immediately or help you determine whether or not you need to file an insurance claim. If you have insurance coverage for the damage, we ask for a claim number from your claims adjuster, then begin mitigating your damages. If you’re covering expenses, we ask for an agreed-upon deposit that will be applied to the final bill.

Water removal

Extraction is usually needed immediately to keep damage from spreading. Whether it’s sucking out water from your carpet at home or pumping thousands of gallons from your commercial property, we don’t hesitate to get the water out. Some saturated materials may need to be removed if the drying process would otherwise be ineffective.

Drying

Using specialized industry equipment, air movement, and dehumidification, we work to control the environment within your property. This stabilization helps to quickly restore your business or home to its predamage condition. Your ServiceMaster technician provides you with information and instructions for how to let the equipment run.

Monitoring

During the drying process, our dedicated team of project managers and job coordinators maintain frequent contact with you and any other interested parties you specify. Using state-of-the-art ServiceMaster technology, we verify that the drying is progressing as planned, measure moisture and humidity, and assess the corrective action plan as needed.

Antimicrobial application

Though it may not be needed in every water damage situation, it’s a good idea to prevent microbial growth. This provides you with protection against odor and the growth of bacteria.

Our quick response time and industry expertise helps stop the damage to your property. Let us restore your peace of mind in your time of need.
